Attento is a free, browser-based game app. We collect very little data and never ask for your name, email, or any personal information.
What we collect
Analytics (Vercel)
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the app is used. This collects aggregated, anonymized data: page views, referrer, country/region (inferred from IP, not stored), device type, browser, and OS. No cookies are used for analytics. Vercel processes this data under its Privacy Policy.
Language preference cookie
We store a single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language choice (English or Spanish). It expires after one year and never leaves your browser.
Local storage
We save small flags in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have seen the "How to play" tutorial for each game. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted.
What we don't collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no payment processing. Game state is never stored on our servers.
Third-party content
Some game images are loaded from Wikimedia Commons and other public sources. Loading these images sends your IP address to those servers, subject to their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can clear all local data at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage for this site. If you have any privacy questions, contact us at privacy@attento.games.
